I recently engaged in constructive discussions with managing directors of companies based in Austria. Although my discussion partners had taken great care to ensure compliance with the legal regulations in the factories, worrying incidents had nevertheless occurred at their companies. Accidents at work occurred that could easily have been even more serious. As it turned out, luck was the final safety barrier that prevented an irreversible or fatal occupational accident or a major business loss. What was particularly interesting to me were the discussions about learning from critical events or ELPs (Events with Learning Potential) as I call them. The introduction of a process for handling ELPs has certainly been met with initial interest. It is therefore my pleasure to offer this service to interested clients who want to reach a higher level of occupational and process safety.

About me:
After nearly 40 years of working in various roles in the pharmaceutical industry and also being involved in numerous construction projects, I started my own business as a management consultant with a process focus on occupational and process safety in February of 2022. It was an exciting time to work in the pharmaceutical industry and I had a lot of great colleagues for whom I am extremely grateful. But the time had come for me to pursue my own entrepreneurial path and to make my life experience available to a larger pool of clients.
